When I see new people getting into Ghost, they always ask about the lore but babes, I’m going to have to tell you something. 5% of the lore you see is canon, 10% is shit Special/Tobias said in interviews - most likely without thinking and the other 85% is from the fandom - whether from fanfictions, theories, art etc. Ghost is basically a sandbox, we’re just given very limited information and allowed to run wild with the characters so have fun with it and try not to worry about what is and isn’t canon too much.
listen I know we know this but like it still stuns me that at the end of era 3 tobias went “what if we killed off our most charismatic antipope who talks about orgasms nonstop and just replaced him with the most pathetic poor little meow meow. just the strangest little rat man and we give him a tricycle and shitty jesus jokes and talk about how he lives with his mom. women will go crazy for him” and he’s right I want to shake him like a bug in a jar
